How to maintain the thin film of greenhouse

Date:2019-04-08 17:14:02 Clicks:

As an important part of agricultural inputs, greenhouse film has become an important part of saving input costs. Below we introduce the daily maintenance methods of several greenhouse greenhouse films.

Daily maintenance notes:

1. Anti-fracture: Most of the materials used for sheds are iron wire and aluminum wire. These hard, pointed materials tend to puncture the film. Therefore, the material of the shelf should be smooth, and the tip and bamboo will be smoothed and smoothed. Use a soft material such as twine for the frame, and do not use hard materials such as iron wire or aluminum wire.

2, anti-separation: the greenhouse film is made up of a number of narrow film splicing, if the seam is too narrow, the bonding area is small, the force will pull the seam will be caused. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the bonding area during the joining, to improve the bonding strength, and to avoid the seaming when using.

3, wind-proof scraping: thin and light greenhouse film is easy to be blown under the attack of strong wind in winter, so the film should be pressed immediately after the film is covered. Generally, a film line is pulled every 1-2 scaffoldings, and the tension of the line should be moderate. In areas where winds are often blown, you can set up a simple wind barrier on the wind side to reduce wind damage.

4, anti-aging. After the production of the greenhouse, the film should be washed, dried, and rolled, placed in a place that is ventilated, dry, and protected from light. This can delay aging and prolong the service life. In addition, during the collection, special care should be taken not to expose the film to exposure, smoke, and fire.

5, diligent repair: agricultural film is damaged when used, must be repaired immediately, and now the general manufacturer is equipped with a film tape.

6. In addition to water droplets: During the cultivation of vegetables, due to the large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the shed, a layer of water droplets often adheres to the inside of the ordinary film covered. Even if there is no drip film, water droplets will appear after a certain period of use. These water droplets seriously affect the light transmittance of the shed film, reduce the temperature inside the shed, and drip droplets onto the crop can easily cause disease. Usually pay attention to daily exhaust ventilation, which can reduce the indoor water vapor content of the greenhouse.
